The rules of the road for using Tool Club. Written in plain English.
"Tool Club," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tool Club Pvt. Ltd. By using our website, Discord server, or any of the tools provided through your membership, you agree to these Terms.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to access the tools we list inside the Discord. Sharing your seat, reselling access, or distributing credentials outside the membership is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
Many tools inside the membership are operated by independent vendors. We don't own them, and their availability can change. If a vendor pulls a product, we'll replace it with a comparable tool at no extra cost — but we can't guarantee any specific tool will exist forever.
One-time payments are exactly that — a single charge for lifetime access at the rate listed at checkout. We do not auto-renew lifetime plans. If we offer recurring plans in the future, they'll be clearly labeled and cancellable from your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate for cause (sharing access, abuse, fraud), you won't be eligible for a refund.
Tool Club is provided "as is." We don't promise any specific revenue outcome from using the tools — your results depend on your products, ads, and effort.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll post a notice inside the Discord and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
