What we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have.
We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't load third-party ad pixels on logged-in dashboards.
The marketing site uses a single privacy-respecting analytics tool (Plausible) — no cookies, no cross-site tracking. The member dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it.
We use vetted third parties for specific functions:
We keep account data for as long as your membership is active. After cancellation, we keep billing records for 7 years (legal requirement) and delete everything else within 90 days unless you ask sooner.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@ecomtools.io from the address on your account and we'll respond within 30 days.
Tool Club is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the EU and the US. By using the service you consent to your data being processed in those regions.
If we make material changes to this policy we'll notify you by email and update the date at the top. Continued use after that means you accept the new policy.
