Refund Policy.

7 days to try Tool Club risk-free. If it isn't for you, we send the money back — no friction.

The short version

Within 7 days of your first payment, email support@ecomtools.io from the address on your account and we'll refund you in full. No survey, no retention call.

What qualifies

  • You purchased within the last 7 calendar days
  • You haven't violated our Terms of Service (e.g., shared access, scraped credentials)
  • You're the original purchaser (refunds go back to the original payment method)

What doesn't qualify

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Accounts terminated for cause (sharing, abuse, fraud)
  • Repeated buy-and-refund cycles using the same details

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@ecomtools.io from your account address
  2. Use the subject line "Refund request"
  3. Include your order number (it's in your receipt)

We process refunds within 2 business days. Once we issue it, the funds typically land in 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first — we resolve almost every issue faster than a card dispute. Chargebacks filed without contacting support will result in permanent account suspension.

Currency & fees

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. We don't deduct payment-processor fees from your refund — you get back the full amount you paid.
